Chemix Pre-Workout
Chemix Pre Workout
Some of the superior ingredients might not be well known by most, so here is a slight breakdown on some of the key ingredients in this extremely powerful formula:
PeakO2™: This patented blend of 6 mushrooms has been shown to increase time-to-exhaustion by 60-fold, increase power output by 17.6% and peak power by 2.8% vs a placebo. This ingredient has been shown to increase ATP production (more energy), VO2 Max (better Oxygen Flow) and antioxidants, all of which will allow you to perform better in the gym. 1 Scoop of Chemix Pre Workout contains 2g.
Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum): This ingredient is a unique ingredient that will give you an added effect you won't get from other pre workouts. This is an all natural herb that acts as a nootropic (brain vitamin) and interacts with 77 different receptors in your brain. It has been shown to be a natural SSRi (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor), which increases serotonin levels and blocks is uptake. This boosts mood, giving you an extremely focused and euphoric feeling. Think extreme happy thoughts. Kanna also acts as a monoamine releasing agent, meaning it increases dopamine & adrenaline levels (again, happy feeling and extreme energy rush). Kanna has also been proven to inhibit phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4), which allows for better mood, increased long-term memory formation and wakefulness. The studied dose of this ingredient is 25mg, but Chemix boasts a 1000mg dose at 2:1 ratio to give you optimal results.
GlycerPump™: GlycerPump is the new version of a powdered glycerol supplement that is standardized for 65% glycerol. Glycerol is an ingredient that attracts lots of water and helps hydrate cells very effectively. This is known as a state of hyperhydration, which can increase performance and give you pumps that you have never before seen! You get 3g of this ingredient in Chemix Pre.
Lions Mane(Organic) standardized for 25% beta glucans: Lions Mane is a nootropic (brain vitamin) and cognitive-enhancing mushroom. It has been studied and shown to increase nerve growth factor while simultaneously decreasing beta amyloid levels (which at high levels cause mental decline). This decreases overall inflammation in the rain and can improve levels of cognition, memory and mental fatigue. Lions Mane also has been shown to increase dopamine production and enhance euphoria. Lions Mane is dosed at 600mg/scoop.
Exothermic Energy Amalgam: This is a very specific combination of extremely strong stimulants, nootropics (brain vitamins) and adaptogens that allow for an increase in energy, focus, euphoria and decrease mental fatigue. The Guerrilla Chemist spent years devoloping this exact blend of the cognitive and performance-enhancing ingredients, and each of the ingredients is there at an exact dose for maximum synergy and effect. For this reason, he has decided to protect his formula and make it a proprietary blend. After almost a full year of research and development, he didn't want anyone to copy the exact formula.

Chemix EAA
Chemix EAA
Chemix Essential Amino Acids are the ultra-premium amino acid formula designed to enhance endurance, improve recovery, reduce overall muscle soreness and hydrate your muscle bellies like never before!
The Advanced formula combines ingredients that have been researched at clinical doses, giving you a potent EAA to ensure a perfect workout and aid in recovery to make sure progress will be attained.
Amino acids are known to be the key nutrient in muscle protein synthesis and a key factor in overall muscle growth. There are 20 amino acids that are genetically coded for, and 9 of these are considered essential amino acids, because your body does not synthesize them on its own. These need to come from exogenous sources, like food and supplements. Of the 9, the most familiar to most people are the BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine & valine). It has been shown that leucine is the pre-cursor to muscle protein synthesis, so essential leucine levels are needed to build muscle.
Furthermore, several studies have shown that EAA consumption post workout enhances protein synthesis, even without carbs.
Chemis EAA uses a specific ratio of EAAs based on research showing optimal EAA levels that increase muscle protein synthesis post workout.
You can guarantee that Chemix EAA has a clinical dose of all 9 EAAs and was formulated to maximize muscle protein synthesis by supplying your muscles with the necessary amino acids to help build the new muscle tissue!

Natabolic Contains Premium Ingredients Like Byroviron, KSM-66, Laxogenin, Boron, And Arimistane That Not Only Aid In Boosting Testosterone But Also Help Regulate Estrogen To Give You A Harder And Drier Look Overall.
HOW DOES CHEMIX NATABOLIC WORK?
NATABOLIC is THE strongest natural anabolic and testosterone-boosting product on the market. Period. Loaded with 9 extremely potent and unique ingredients, NATABOLIC is designed to help elevate you to an extreme anabolic state to build muscle, burn fat and control estrogen.
TESTOSTERONE BOOSTING INGREDIENTS:
ByroViron: the trademarked version of Bryonia lacinosa extract is an extremely potent, all-natural herb that has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine for its ability to dramatically increase testosterone and fertility. Bryonia works by increasing BOTH luteinizinghormone(LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), key hormones which release testosterone from your Leydig cells in your testes and increase sperm production and motility. Bryonia also increases sex drive and the size/weight of your testes(no shrunken balls!). By increasing testosterone levels, this can directly translate to gaining lean muscle mass, getting stronger in the gym, as well as possibly losing body fat. One study even showed that testosterone leves were 6.5X greater than the placebo! NATABOLIC contains a whopping 1000mg of Byroviron per serving.
Nigella Sativa Seeds: Nigella sativa has also been used Ayurvedic medicine for a very long time for its anti-diabetic, antioxidant and fertility properties. Nigella sativa has been shown to elevate luteinizing hormone(LH) levels, possibly from protecting your testes from lipid peroxidation damage. Lipid peroxidation is cell damage caused by free radicals and/or reactive- oxygen species(ROS). Nigella is loaded with bioactive compounds like alkaloids, tannins, saponins and more. The main antioxidants found in nigella sativa seeds are thymoquinone and multiple unsaturated fats. These compounds can bind to free radicals and neutralize them. Some studies show an increase in LH by 17%, which in turn, increases testosterone production! 6 Nigella also has a unique property where it protects your free testosterone levels from dropping. There are also a myriad of studies showing the positive effect of Nigella on fertility, sperm production, and motility.
KSM-66 Ashwagandha (5% withanolides): KSM-66 is the trademarked version of the adaptogenic compound ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb that has been used for over 3,000 years to help with things like stress, fatigue, sexual health, inflammation and fertility. The bioactives in ashwagandha are known as withanolides. KSM-66 is the only ashwagandha on the market that uses the exact ratios of withanolides naturally found in the root.
In a 2015 study using 300mg of KSM-66 twice daily for 8 weeks, males aged 18-50 gained 75% more strength for upper body and 50% for lower body, as well as decreases in body fat. This study seems to support the claim from the 2012 study using 300mg twice daily where subjects increased LH levels by 34%, which corresponded to a 17% increase in testosterone levels! Another great benefit from KSM-66 is its remarkable ability to reduce cortisol. This helps not only with mental stress, but can help burn stubborn body fat.
Boron (as Boron Citrate): Boron is a micronutrient that plays an important role in many
metabolic processes, one of them being beneficial to the body’s use of sex hormones. Studies have shown that boron supplementation(6mg) can increase testosterone levels in both men and women. More importantly, boron has been shown to increase FREE testosterone. Free testosterone is testosterone not bound to sex hormone binding globulin, and that your body can use. Almost 98% of all testosterone is bound, so any increase in free testosterone can have a dramatic effect on building muscle. Boron was shown to increase free testosterone by 22%. One suggested mechanism is that boron supplies a pathway for testosterone to not convert to
estradiol.
NATURAL ANABOLIC INGREDIENTS:
Korean Mistletoe Extract: Korean Mistletoe extract has been used in traditional Eastern
medicine for thousands of years as an anti-diabetic/anti-obesity treatment. However, recent data shows that it can actually upregulate genes specific to muscle hypertrophy(mTOR, Pi3K/Atk). That’s right! It can increase expression of genes that turn on muscle building! Not only that, but Korean mistletoe reduced the expression of Atrogin-1, a gene associated with muscle atrophy! This wonder herb can help you add lean muscle mass and prevent muscle shrinking. Studies also show it can increase exercise endurance and time-to-exhaustion by approximately 180%!
Eucommia ulmoides bark: Eucommia ulmoides is a plant that contains isoflavinoids called phytoandrogens. These molecules essentially act like testosterone in the following ways: they bind to the androgen receptor and turn on the same genes to produce muscle growth. Phytoandrogens are not actually a human sex hormone, but made up of the same building blocks (triterpenes) and interact with the androgen receptor in a very similar fashion as androgens(testosterone). Supplementing with Eucommia has shown an increase of androgen receptor expression of up to 204%! It was also shown that Eucommia contains a “lipidic augmenter, “ which basically means there are other fatty acid molecules in Eucommia that assist in the actual binding of androgens(testosterone, DHT) and the phytoandrogens to the androgen receptor. This means there is actual SYNERGY between androgens, Eucommia(phytoandrogens) and the androgen receptor!
Eriobotrya Japonica(Loquat) Extract: Eriobotrya japonica is a natural anabolic/anti-catabolic botanical that works by manipulating genes responsible for building and wasting muscle. One of the main bioactives ursolic acid. Recently, its been shown that supplementing with loquat can increase muscle protein synthesis via activation of mTOR. It has akso been shown to regulate muscle atrophy(shrinking) by regulating insulin/IGF-1 levels. Even more recent research points to loquat downregulating genes associated with muscle breakdown! This allows you to stay in a constant state of muscle anabolism!
5-alpha-hydroxy-Laxogenin: 5-alpha-hydorxy-laxogenin is a plant sterol that seems to have anabolic effects in humans. It has been shown to increase strength in athletes taking 22mg of the 5-alpha-hydroxy isomer for 4 weeks. Muscle size also increased in participants taking the supplement. Data is limited, but plant sterols like this one have been shown to have anabolic properties and increase muscle protein synthesis. This product contains 100mg of 5-alpha-hydroxy-laxogenin!
3,5-androstadien-7,17,dione: I wish this had a shorter name, but this 7-keto metabolite of DHEA compound is a natural aromatase inhibitor. That means it can help lower the conversion of testosterone to estrogen via blocking the enzyme aromatase. You need some estrogen for normal function, so this supplement will not cause your estrogen to plummet. However, it may prevent some of the unwanted side effects of higher testosterone levels like water retention and possibly gynecomastia.

Chemix Sleep
Assist Your Recovery And Induce Restfulness With The All New Chemix Ultra Premium Sleep Aid. The Guerrilla Chemist Has Gone Back To The Lab And Formulated Our First Ever Ultra Premium Sleep Aid Product. This One Of A Kind Formulation Will Turn Your Lights Out When It's Time To Get Your Rest. Chemix Sleep Will Provide The Best In Rest And Recovery With No Excess Hangover Leaving You Ready To Take On The Day With Plenty Of Energy And Focus.
SLEEP is an all-natural, multifaceted sleep product designed to promote sleepiness and restful sleep to ensure maximum recovery. Quality sleep is one of the most important and essential actions your body needs to function properly. It is estimated that up to 33% of all adults do not get enough quality sleep. SLEEP is specifically designed to help fight off restlessness via different mechanisms of action, including inducing sleep and staying asleep.
HOW DOES CHEMIX SLEEP WORK?
GABAiclinÔ is a trademarked extract of Scutellaria baicalensis, standardized for 30% of the main active baicalin. Baicalin is a positive allosteric agonist for your GABAA receptors. g-aminobutyric acid, aka GABA is your main inhibitory neurotransmitter that essentially tells your brain it’s time to get ready for sleep. Once baicalin binds to your GABAA receptor, it activates the receptor and elicits sedative, hypnotic, muscle relaxant and anxiolytic(anti-anxiety) properties. This is the same mechanism and receptor that a class of sleep medications known as benzodiazepines interacts with. Baicalin has been shown to increase slow-wave sleep(deep sleep), as well as REM(rapid eye movement) sleep. REM sleep is extremely valuable to your body, as it releases growth hormone(GH) to help aid in recovery.
MagnaSleepÔ is an extremely potent form of magnolia bark extract(MBE), standardized for 90% of two powerful active phenolic compounds: magnolol and honokiol. These two bioactives also act on your GABAA receptors to help reduce anxiety and prepare your body for sleep. MBE has been used for thousands of years in Chinese and Japanese tradition medicine for help promote sleep and reduce anxiety. Magnolol and Honokiol both have very high binding affinity to your GABAA receptors, specifically interacting with the benzodiazepine binding site. This binding potentiates the sleep inducing-effect of baicalin. Since magnolol and honokiol can quickly be metabolized via glucuronidation, a hefty 25mg dose of BioPerineÒ(black pepper extract) was added to inhibit this process.
Cussonia zimmermannii is an African herb that has been studied for bioactive constituents that modulate your GABA receptors to induce sleep. The rootbark extract of C. zimmermannii has some very unique compounds known as polyacetylenes that have an extremely high affinity to GABAA receptors. However instead of binding directly to the receptor binding pocket, they bind to a slightly different area on the GABAA receptors and enhance the effects of compounds like magnolol and honokiol that bind directly to the binding pocket. This is known as positive allosteric modulation and is a very synergistic property. These compounds have been shown to promote restfulness sleep, as well as staying asleep longer.
Hesperidin is one of the main bioactive compounds from citrus peel extract. It is a polyphenolic compound that has been shown to induce sleep, but does not act on the GABA receptor or benzodiazepine binding site. Studies show hesperidin interacts with your extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2(ERK1/2), located in the cortex and cerebellum. Hesperidin inhibits the activity of ERK1/2, which may be linked to sedation. Studies show that hesperidin can induce sleepiness and enhance sleep, and may potentiate other sleep-promoting compounds that activate your GABAA receptors.
Apigenin is a polyphenolic flavonoid that is one of the most abundant and well-studied. Apigenin’s mechanism of action is not directly on the GABA-benzodiazepine receptor, but does modulate its’ activity. Studies show it has a synergistic effect when combined with GABAA agonists, like baicalin, magnolol and honokiol. It has been shown to reduce locomotor activity, which prevents restlessness and may help induce sleep. One study showed subjects taking apigenin slept for longer durations vs the placebo. Apigenin is also subject to glucuronidation, so absorption is critical. With 25mg of BioPerineÒ added to prevent this metabolism, you can be sure that the large dose of apigenin will be absorbed and utilized.
I formulated SLEEP because I have had sleeping issues all of my adult life. I have tried countless over-the-counter sleeping aids, melatonin, as well as 11 different pharmaceuticals. This combination of ingredients at clinical doses has dramatically improved my ability to fall asleep, my biggest issue, as well as stay asleep, my 2nd biggest issue. I scoured papers to look for natural sleep-enhancing compounds and I truly believe this formula will help anyone looking to get more restful sleep to help fully recover not only from exercise but from mental stress, as well.

Chemix Nootropic

Chemix CEO The Guerrilla Chemist is back with his long awaited Nootropic Formulation that not only decreases mental fatigue but increases cognition to enhance productivity and provide focus at levels you have never seen before.
Redefine your focus with our brand new caffeine free nootropic blend helping you to harness the power of incredible ingredients like Lions Mane Extract, Huperzine A, Ivy Leaf Extract, Kanna, and more which deliver mental acuity beyond your wildest imagination.
HOW DOES CHEMIX NOOTROPIC WORK?
Nootropic is an ultra-premium, all-natural combination of 11 powerful ingredients designed to dramatically increase focus, enhance mood, and your ability to get things done! To understand how many of these ingredients work, you need a little background information on monoamines neurotransmitters. Monoamines neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine contain 1 amine group(-NH 2 ), connected to an aromatic ring. All monoamines are derived from the amino acids phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan and are dubbed “the feel good neurotransmitters.” The enzyme which breaks down all monoamines is known as monoamine oxidase (MAO). By inhibiting the enzyme MAO, these compounds and their effects can last longer in the body.
Serotonin is known as the “feel good” neurotransmitter and has been directly shown to elevate mood, cognition, learning and memory. Regulating serotonin is the main action by which most anti-depressant medications work. Increasing levels of serotonin, as well as blocking the re- uptake(usage) of serotonin is the mechanism of action for most prescription serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SRi). The cool thing is that there are many natural botanical that work very similarly.
Dopamine is another important monoamine that is a major part of your body’s reward- motivation system. It’s known as the “pleasure/euphoric” chemical, and many pharmaceuticals revolve around the release and reuptake of dopamine, specifically ADHD medications. These medications work via blocking dopamine transporters or inhibiting reuptake. The reason why people need ADHD meds is because they do not produce high amounts of dopamine. By constantly looking around for outside stimuli, this causes a dopamine “fix” and their bodies will produce more dopamine. If you already have enough dopamine, releasing more and blocking its transport will dramatically increase your concentration.
Nootropic was designed to modulate serotonin and dopamine in a safe way in order to produce laser-like focus and concentration, being in a great mood and increase long-term learning and memory. Nootropic also increases levels of acetylcholine, the excitatory neurotransmitter in your brain that tells you to wake up. Acetylcholine has also been shown to increase focus,
learning and concentration.
Kanna: Scelectium tortuosum AKA Kanna, is an herb that contains some very powerful nootropic and psychoactive alkaloids, including mesembrine. Kanna has been shown to interact with 77 different receptors in the body, but its main mechanism of action is acting as a natural serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SRi). Similarly to its pharmaceutical counterpart, elevating serotonin can cause mood enhancement and euphoria. Kanna is also a natural phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor (PDE4i), which is responsible for wakefulness and long-term memory. Lastly, Kanna acts as a releasing agent, meaning it causes the release of dopamine and serotonin, which further enhances its effects (Serotonin)
Catuaba Bark Extract (30% polyphenols): Catuaba has been used in traditional Brazilian medicine for its antidepressant and memory-stimulant properties(as well as libido). Catuaba works mostly on modulating dopamine, which users report improved mood, enhanced cognition and focus, as expected. Remember, dopamine is released and reuptake is blocked in medications for ADHD, so this makes sense. According to the research, Catuaba not only boosts dopamine release and inhibits its transport/reuptake, it also increases sensitivity of your D1 dopamine receptor. It’s also been shown to increase acetylcholine via acting as a mild acetylcholinesterase(enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine) inhibitor. Some research even suggests that it can increase the release and inhibit the reuptake of serotonin ,as well. However, its mostly dopaminergic. It also has neuroprotective properties against oxidative stress.
Ivy Leaf Extract (20% Hederagenin): Ivy leaf extract has been used for centuries in eastern medicine as cough/cold agent. However, more recently the saponins found in the plant have had significant medicinal uses. Specifically, hederagenin is one of the main saponins that has bioactivity. It acts as a triple monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOi). Meaning, it can extend the active life of 3 of the main monoamines we discussed: serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine. Taking ivy leaf extract may exhibit strong mood and cognitive enhancement, as well as slight euphoria. Ivy leaf has also been shown to be anti-neurogenerative.
Psoralea corylifolia (10:1 Extract): Psoralea coryifolia contains certain bioactive compounds like psoralidin and Δ 3 ,2-hydroxybakuchiol have been shown to possess serotonergic and dopaminergic activities, respectfully. This means that the seeds from this plant can act as a natural anti-depressant and mood enhancer, as well as increase focus and concentration.
Lion’s Mane Extract: Lions mane is another powerful nootropic that has shown to improve memory and cognition, increase NGF, which can cause nerve regeneration, as well as decreased levels of beta-amyloid plaque. Lions mane also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. One human study showed improved memory and scores on cognitive tests. Lions mane also contains erinacine, which can increase dopamine levels and possibly mood enhancement. There is also an immune system boosting effect from the beta d-glucans, which can also improve gut health. Over 80% of your body’s serotonin is produced in the gut so it may help with serotonin release. This product contains 375mg of lions mane extract.
CDP-Choline: Cytidine 5;-diphosphocholine, CDP-choline or citicoline is essential to the biosynthesis of phospholipids, like phosphatidylcholine. Once ingested, CDP-choline can easily cross the blood-brain barrier with its phospholipid backbone, where it can increase plasma levels of acetylcholine, as well as dopamine and norepinephrine. CDP-choline has been shown to increase learning and performance, along with being extremely safe.
N,N-dimethylphenylethylamine citrate and Higenamine: are derivatives of phenylethylamine (PEA). PEA, from a chemical structure standpoint, looks very similar to amphetamine. Because of this, these stimulants can elicit a dopamine release, that will further increase concentration when combined with some of the natural dopamine reuptake and monoamine inhibitors.
Huperzine A: Huperzine A is a natural acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, meaning it prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine in the brain. It is by far the strongest acetylcholinesterase enzyme inhibitor on the market. There are even studies showing it can be neuroprotective against beta- amyloid pigmentation, a protein that has direct links to Alzheimers disease, as well as protection against hydrogen peroxide- induced damage. This works synergistically with CDP-Choline to increase levels of acetylcholine.

Chemix GDA

The advanced formula combines research-backed ingredients at clinical and efficacious doses to provide the most potent insulin mimetic available on the market today.
Chemix® GDA is a premium, multi-faceted glucose disposal agent product designed to help increase carbohydrate assimilation and metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and maintain healthy blood glucose levels. GDA allows your body to utilize the hormone insulin more efficiently, which can lead to gains in lean mass via increased glucose and amino acid uptake into your cells!
Whether you’re trying to gain 10lbs of muscle or lose 10lbs of fat, one key hormone can make or break your success: insulin. Insulin is a protein made up of 110 amino acids, and is secreted from the beta cells in the pancreas upon the intake of carbohydrates. Being a storage hormone, many consider insulin a double-edged sword. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the body as it’s responsible for the uptake of glucose and amino acids to from glycogen and skeletal muscle tissue. Bodybuilders have put on slabs of lean muscle tissue by manipulating insulin, and it’s speculated to be the reason why bodybuilders can compete heavier than ever before. But insulin also has a dark side- it can cause to the body to store large amounts of body fat, as well.
Macronutrients are of the utmost importance when it comes to building muscle and burning fat, however if your body isn’t utilizing them properly and efficiently you will fail at both. Inefficient nutrient partitioning normally results from the body not using insulin effectively. Here are some of the actions for which insulin is responsible:
The following is a mini crash course in how insulin works in the body:
All dietary carbohydrates are broken down into the monomer glucose in the small intestine, which then is absorbed into the bloodstream. Once in the blood, glucose signals the pancreas to secrete insulin. Insulin will then bind to the insulin receptor (IR), where it triggers a series of reactions that ultimately
leads to uptake of glucose and amino acids into the cell, glycogen synthesis, increased muscle protein synthesis, and glucose disposal (glycolysis), usually through the insulin receptor substrate/phosphoinositide 3-kinase (IRS/PI3K) pathway. GLUT4, a transporter needed to allow glucose to enter the cell, is translocated to the cell membrane via activation of the IR, and IRS pathway. Different pathways lead to different actions elicited by insulin, and herein lies how one can maximize the use of endogenous insulin to increase lean body mass or lose body fat.
Bitter Melon Extract(standardized to 10% bitters): Known as “vegetable insulin,” bitter melon is used to treat diabetes in many parts of the world, and in some places it’s the only form of treatment. Bitter melon contains a variety of hypoglycemic herbs such as triterpenes, anthroquinones, and glucosinolates. The 3 most profound ones are charantin, polypeptide-p, and vicine. Studies have shown extracts from bitter melon to stimulate insulin release, increase skeletal muscle glucose uptake and utilization, suppress gluconeogenic enzymes, and preserve and regenerate beta cells(the cells that release insulin in the pancreas). There is even research on these compounds activating AMPK and PPARx, both of which help regulate energy expenditure in the body.
Banaba leaf Extract(standardized to 25% tannins): Lagerstromemin speciosa , commonly known as banaba leaf, contains many compounds that can naturally help with blood sugar control. Most people assume it’s the work of corsolic acid, for which most banaba supps are standardized. However, it’s actually the gallotannins that are responsible the most for insulin memetic function. Specifically, Penta- O-galloyl-glucopyranose(PGG) was determined to have the strongest effect of the group. PGG was shown to significantly increase glucose transport into cells, both in vitro and in vivo. It also was shown to have an anti-adipogenic(inhibit fat cell production) effect, which many other glucose disposal agents do not possess(remember, insulin is adipogenic). Lagerstromemin was also identified to activate the insulin
receptor(IR), one mechanism for lowering blood glucose. One of the other major mechanisms of action for banaba leaf is increasing expression and activation of GLUT-4, the transporter protein that allows glucose to be absorbed into cells. Interestingly, removing tannins from banaba extract eliminated all glucose transport activity(GLUT4), which also suggests that the tannins, not corsolic acid is responsible for the anti-diabetic effects. Another study showed that Lagerstromemin was about 54% as strong as insulin for glucose transport activity, which is pretty remarkable.
Alpha Lipoic Acid(yielding 150mg of R-ALA): Alpha Lipoic acid is a mitochondrial fatty acid with really interesting properties. It's been extensively studied for a multitude of benefits, but perhaps the most applicable are its use as an anti-oxidant and a tool to manage blood glucose levels and increase insulin sensitivity. ALA has been shown to reduce general biomarkers for oxidation, inflammatory cytosine and lipid peroxidation(generation of free radicals that can damage your cells). In a meta-analysis, ALA was shown to have a remarkable effect on blood glucose levels. It can increase expression of GLUT-4, the transport protein than shuttles glucose into your cells. It can also decrease the activity of phosphotyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP1B), a negative regulator insulin response, as well as potentiating the insulin receptor substrate-1. All of these mechanisms can result in more carbohydrates going into your muscles instead of being stored as fat. R-ALA is one of the most important ingredients in GDA and works synergistically with the other ingredients to reduce blood glucose levels and increase glucose uptake in muscle cells.
Gymnema Sylvestre Extract(standardized to 75% Gymnemic acids): Gymnema sylvestre(GS) is a natural antidiabetic herb that has been used to treat blood sugar ailments for centuries. GS contains triterpenoid saponins called gymnemic acids that stimulate the release of insulin from the pancreas, as well as increase glucose uptake in cells. GS extract has also been shown to lower LDL and vLDL(bad cholesterol), as well as increase HDL(good cholesterol). In addition, gymnema sylvestre extract has been shown to regenerate islet cells in your pancreas, which allows your body to regulate healthy insulin secretion and function.
Super Berberine®(Berberine-Cyclodextrin complex): Berberine is one of the only supplements that has human data that shows efficacy on par with pharmaceuticals. It's main properties are activation of 5' adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK), which leads to fatty acid oxidation, inhibition of cholesterol synthesis and lipogenesis, increases in muscle glucose uptake and insulin secretion(amongst other things). Focusing on muscle glucose uptake and insulin secretion, berberine was shown to very effective as a glucose disposal agent in serval studies. Berberine may increase glucose-stimulated insulin secretion and inhibit α-glucosidase activities, as well as promoting glucose uptake in cells. It works by increasing phosphorylation of the insulin receptor, insulin receptor substrate- 1, and protein kinase B. Berberine also inhibits the enzyme PTP1B, an enzyme that down regulates the insulin pathway which can also lead to insulin resistance. The main problem with Berberine is it has terrible bioavailability. Super Berberine is Berberine encased in beta-cyclodextrin, which has been shown to increase solubility by over double of free berberine in a simulated gastric environment. Super Berberine also contains sodium caprate, a fatty acid that increases diffusion of berberine through the epithelial cells in the intestine.
Cinnulin PF®: Cinnulin PF® is a patented version of a 20:1 extract of Cinnamomum burmanni that contains high levels of water soluble double-linked procyanidin type-A polymers of flavanoids. Research shows that these polymers can increase autophosphorlyation of the insulin receptor-β, insulin receptor substrate-1, and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, all of which activates the receptors and increases the ability for insulin to bind, as well as inhibits the enzyme phosphotyrosine phosphatase(PTP1B), which dephosphorlyates(inactivates) the insulin receptor.
By potentiating the insulin receptor, your body can use less insulin to absorb the same amount of glucose, thus increasing your insulin sensitivity. The polymers in Cinnulin PF® hav ealso been shown to increase GLUT-4 expression, the transporter molecule that brings glucose into cells.
Chromium(III) polynicotinate: Although it has been known that chromium(III) (Cr) has positive effects on blood glucose control, the mechanism by which it does this has not been fully elucidated until
recently. It was shown that insulin binds to the insulin receptor(IR) and then Cr binds in a second binding pocket, which increases IR activity anywhere from 3.5-8 fold, which has a downstream effect on multiple insulin-dependent pathways. Essentially, Chromium allows your body to use insulin more effectively due toits 2 binding sites on the IR. The polyniconinate chelate of Chromium has been found to be more bioavailable than other versions.
Chemix® GDA is a premium insulin memetic formula that combines 7 of the most well-studied and effective ingredients for maximizing the power of the anabolic hormone insulin! These carefully selected ingredients work with different mechanisms to allow your body to increase lean body mass by shuttling more glucose and amino acids into your cells, priming the perfect anabolic environment for growth. GDA can also help lower blood sugar levels, as well as increase insulin sensitivity, which may aid in fat loss!

Chemix Cortibloc

Cortibloc™ is a premium cortisol manager, blocker, and non stimulant fat burner. This product not only helps reduce cortisol levels but aids in relieving stress that makes you body want to retain unwanted fat.
Training hard is a key component in building a dense muscular physique but when the body encounters stress or does not get adequate rest the central nervous system (CNS) becomes fatigued. Over time your body will respond to stress and lack of rest by creating fat deposits in response to your hormones being under stress.
Cortibloc™ not only helps keep your cortisol levels down but it also helps burn unwanted fat and boosts your metabolism to new levels. Take on your stress with Cortibloc™ available now from Chemix!
HOW DOES CORTIBLOC WORK?
CortiBloc™ is a one-of-a-kind natural cortisol inhibitor that can help with weight loss and regulate cortisol and blood glucose metabolism. The main ingredient in CortiBloc™ is emodin, an anthraquinone compound isolated mainly from the root and rhizome of polygonum cuspitatum, which acts as an 11βhydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1(11β-HSD1) inhibitor. This enzyme, located in your liver and fat cells is responsible for the conversion of cortisone(the inactive glucocorticoid) into cortisol(the active form).
Glucocorticoids like cortisol can have deleterious effects on your body if levels get too high. Research has shown that elevated levels of glucocorticoids like cortisol can inhibit glucose uptake in skeletal muscle and can lead to fat gain, obesity, insulin resistance, hypertension, dyslipidemia and type-2 diabetes. Cortisol, which is produced in your adrenal glands in response to stress is good in small quantities and at the right time. However, long term elevated levels can have serious health implications, as mentioned earlier. Emodin can stop elevated cortisol levels right at the source. Emodin is a selective inhibitor of 11β-HSD1 only, not 11β-HSD2 which is found in your kidneys. Inhibiting this enzyme can cause major health effects such as sodium/potassium absorption/elimination, buildup of excess mineralocorticoids, interfere with aldosterone and affect kidney function.
Emodin inhibits 11β-HSD1 by blocking the enzyme site from sending a hydride from NADP to cortisone to produce cortisol. Studies show emodin inhibits the enzyme by up to 46% in adipose tissue(fat cells) which means your body is producing almost half of the cortisol it normally would. This can lead to fat loss, reduction in stress, decreased insulin resistance and increased insulin sensitivity. Emodin also reduced fasting blood glucose levels by 77% after taken orally for 7 days, as well as overall plasma insulin levels by 66% relative to the control. In another study, emodin was shown to reduce appetite and bodyweight in mice(13.9% reduction in bodyweight).
As you can see, emodin is a very powerful ingredient for inhibiting cortisol and insulin-induced weight gain. Unfortunately, the oral bioavailability is very low. In order to fix this issue, we added a large dose of piperine, commonly known as black pepper extract. In a study combining emodin with piperine showed a marked increase in bioavailability via inhibiting glucuronidation. This is the process where a glucose molecule is attached to emodin to make it more water soluble and easy to expel from the body. By stopping this process, the piperine allows emodin to maximally be absorbed and inhibit the formation of cortisol and help you meet and exceed your weight loss goals. This product can be taken by both men and women and works especially well for high-intensity athletes and fitness competitors.
