REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If over 30 days have passed since the time of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT THAT HASN'T BEEN OPENED?

Yes, to return an unopened product you will be charged a 5% restocking fee and you will also be responsible for the shipping charges to ship your product to our store.   • Why you want to return the product
  • No returns or exchanges after 30 days from purchase date

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT THAT I'VE ALREADY OPENED?

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please call us at (626) 974-5477 or send us an email at info@n4lwestcovina.com and send your item to: 443 N Azusa Ave, West Covina, CA 91791. We do not offer returns or exchanges for circumstances related to "buyer's remorse", "disliked taste", "item no longer needed", "adverse reaction", etc. for opened products.

DO YOU CHARGE A RE-STOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS?

There is a 5% restocking fee in the event that product is returned to us that is not damaged or defective.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?

Refunds take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days after the product is returned and restocked in our store. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the time of shipment back to our store for a full refund.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS?

Standard shipping costs will always be a flat rate of $4.99 regardless of price or size of the package. Faster shipping methods will be more expensive, depending on time of delivery. **Please note** International shipping (APO) costs may exceed the standard $4.99. Shipping times for any online order may take longer than normal to arrive during the holiday season.

DO YOU SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS?

Yes, products ship on Saturdays via USPS. Products shipped via UPS do not ship on Saturdays. There is no shipping on Sundays.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We do offer international shipping to military APO addresses. **Please note** international shipping may be delayed by several weeks when dealing with international customs. N4LWestCovina.com is NOT responsible for seized or lost packages when shipped internationally. Typical shipping times for APO addresses: 10 Days

You can view your order's status in your My Account section within www.ups.com or www.usps.com depending on which carrier is used. To view your account information, click on the "Login" link on the left side of the website and then click on the "Past Orders" link within the Account Menu that will also show on the left side after logging in.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PACKAGE?

Yes. You can also view your order's tracking information in your My Account section within the carriers website.
